1. Who these terms are between
This website is operated by CNR Medicare (“CNR Medicare”, “we”), established in Türkiye and operating in Istanbul. “You” means the person using this website or requesting a service. By using the site or sending a request you accept these terms; if you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
2. Scope
These terms cover your use of the website and the coordination service described below. They are read together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, KVKK & GDPR Notice and Medical Disclaimer.
3. What our service is — and what it is not
CNR Medicare coordinates medical services for visitors in Istanbul. We are not a hospital or a clinic: examination, treatment and laboratory analysis are carried out by the licensed health professionals and partner facilities we work with.
What we do is organisational: we understand your request, identify a suitable licensed professional or facility, arrange the time and place, handle language and logistics, and stay in contact with you throughout.
What we do not do:
- We do not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or perform any medical procedure.
- We do not give medical advice, and nothing said by our coordination team is medical advice.
- We do not supervise or direct the clinical judgement of the professionals who attend you. That judgement is theirs alone and they are professionally responsible for it.
The medical relationship — with everything that follows from it, including the duty of care, informed consent and clinical records — is between you and the health professional or facility that attends you, not between you and CNR Medicare.
4. Your responsibilities
- Give accurate, complete and up-to-date information, especially about symptoms, existing conditions, medication and allergies. The suitability of what we arrange depends on what you tell us.
- Tell us promptly if your condition, location or plans change.
- Be present at the agreed place and time, and give the professional the access they need.
- Use the website lawfully: no attempt to disrupt, gain unauthorised access to, copy at scale, or misuse the site or its content.
- Do not submit another person’s personal or health data unless you are entitled to do so — for example as a parent, legal guardian or with that person’s clear permission.
5. Requests, appointments and cancellation
A request you send is not a confirmed appointment. It becomes a confirmed appointment only when we confirm it to you, and confirmation depends on the availability of a suitable professional. We may decline a request where it falls outside what we can safely arrange, and we will tell you when that is the case.
Please tell us as early as you can if you need to change or cancel. The cancellation and change conditions that apply — including any conditions applied by the professional or facility — are confirmed to you before the service is arranged, together with the quotation.
6. Fees and payment
Prices depend on the service, the professional or facility, and the circumstances of the request, and are therefore quoted on request before the service is arranged. We do not publish a fixed price list on this website and no price on this website is an offer.
The accepted payment methods, currency, invoicing and refund conditions are confirmed to you together with the quotation, before the service is arranged. Nothing in these terms limits any statutory consumer right you have under Turkish law.
7. Availability of the website
We try to keep the website available and its content current, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site. Content on the site is general information about our services; it is not a promise that a particular service, professional or facility will be available to you at a particular time.
8. Emergencies
This website and our coordination service are not an emergency service. If you have or suspect a medical emergency, call 112 in Türkiye immediately, or go to the nearest emergency department. Do not wait for a reply from a form, a message or a call.
9. Liability
We are responsible for performing our own coordination service with reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for the clinical judgement, acts or omissions of the independent health professionals and facilities that attend you; they are responsible for their own services.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where the law does not allow it to be excluded or limited.
10. Intellectual property
The content of this website — texts, visuals, layout, logo and brand elements — belongs to CNR Medicare or is used with permission, and is protected by law. You may view and print pages for your own personal use. Copying, republishing, systematically extracting or using the content commercially without our written permission is not permitted.
11. Third-party links
The site may link to third-party websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices. Their own terms apply when you visit them.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Turkish law, and disputes arising from them are subject to the courts and enforcement offices competent under Turkish law. If you are a consumer, this does not remove your right to apply to the consumer arbitration committee or consumer court competent for your place of residence, nor any mandatory protection given to you by the law of your country of residence.

We may update these terms when our services or the applicable law change. The version published on this page is the current one, and the version in force when you send a request is the version that applies to that request.
