2. What CNR Medicare is
CNR Medicare coordinates medical services for visitors in Istanbul. We are not a hospital or a clinic: examination, treatment and laboratory analysis are carried out by the licensed health professionals and partner facilities we work with.
We are an organiser. We do not diagnose, we do not treat, we do not prescribe, and we do not perform medical procedures. Members of our coordination team are not acting as your clinicians, and information they give you about a service, a price or a timing is organisational information — never a clinical opinion.
3. The health professionals are independent
The physicians, nurses, laboratories and facilities that attend you are independent professionals and organisations, responsible for their own licences, their own clinical decisions and their own records. The medical relationship — including examination, informed consent, diagnosis, treatment and follow-up — is between you and them.
Whether a particular service is appropriate for you is a clinical decision, and only the professional who examines you can make it. A service being listed on this website does not mean it is suitable for your condition.
4. No relationship is created by using this site
Reading this website, sending a form, writing on WhatsApp or speaking to our coordination team does not create a doctor-patient relationship between you and CNR Medicare, and does not create one with any health professional before that professional accepts and attends you.
5. Emergencies
This website is not an emergency service and our coordination service is not an emergency service. If you have or suspect a medical emergency — chest pain, difficulty breathing, severe bleeding, loss of consciousness, signs of stroke, severe allergic reaction, or anything you believe to be life-threatening — call 112 in Türkiye immediately or go to the nearest emergency department. Do not wait for a reply to a form, a message or a call.
