Post-surgery nursing and practical companion support are different roles. CNR Medicare coordinates the requested arrangement; the treating team directs the recovery plan, and the attending professional confirms which clinical tasks can be carried out appropriately within their role and at the accommodation. A visit does not determine recovery speed or outcome.

These tasks require the treating team's current instructions and the attending professional's assessment; they are not automatic inclusions.

Observations and reporting
Any agreed observations and escalation route are defined before the visit; hotel support does not replace surgical follow-up.

Are dressing changes or drain care automatically included?
No. They depend on the treating team's instructions, the provider's professional scope, required supplies and a suitability assessment.
Will hotel aftercare determine how quickly I recover?
No. Support follows an agreed plan but does not determine healing speed or outcome. Keep the follow-up arranged by your surgeon or treating clinic.
