It is a well-established medical procedure when it is properly assessed and administered. That is why every session at CNR Medicare starts with a physician assessment and is given by a qualified nurse who stays with you throughout. It is a supportive treatment and is not a substitute for medical care for an underlying illness.
How long does a session take?
Usually 30 to 45 minutes from the moment the line is placed, plus a short assessment beforehand.
Will it help my hangover or jet lag?
It replaces fluid and electrolytes, which is what dehydration and long-haul travel deplete, and most people feel noticeably better afterwards. We do not promise it will cure anything — and if your symptoms suggest something that needs treating, our physician will tell you.
Can I choose what goes in the drip?
You can tell us what you are hoping to address, and the physician will confirm what is appropriate for you. We do not administer anything the assessing doctor considers unsuitable.
