How quickly do I get the results?
It depends on the test. Routine panels such as a full blood count or blood sugar are usually reported the same day or the following day; specialised tests take longer. We tell you the expected timing when you book.
Do I need to fast?
Some tests require fasting, others do not. Tell us which tests you need and we will confirm — and if fasting is required we book you an early-morning visit so you can eat straight after the sample is taken.
Can I get a test without a doctor referral?
Yes, you can request routine tests directly. If you are not sure which tests you need, one of our physicians can advise first — by phone or with a visit to your room.
Will the report be in English?
Laboratory reports are issued with the standard international test names and reference ranges, so they can be read by a doctor anywhere. If anything is unclear, our physician can explain it to you.
Is it hygienic to have blood taken in a hotel room?
Yes. A blood draw needs a clean surface, a trained nurse and sterile single-use equipment — all of which the nurse brings. Nothing is reused, and all material is taken away afterwards.
Do you visit at night?
